What working with us looks like

From uploading your program materials all the way until up to 5 years after your concert, we have you covered. For our premium and enterprise clients, you’ll also get to work with us to develop a custom Concertmastr that fits your brand. You’ll have a say in the design process and can ask for revisions if needed, ensuring that your Concertmastr fits your theme and showcases your sponsors to your liking

  • At least 2 weeks prior to the concert, the orchestra or venue submits program materials for a concert. Concertmastr creates a beautiful site dedicated for each concert

  • A URL with a custom domain is provided to the orchestra or venue approximately 2 weeks before the event — any last-minute changes can be made for an additional fee

  • Concert-goers scan your custom QR code or provided NFC tags, leading them to their concert program — we estimate that offering Concertmastr as an option reduces printing costs by around 25-40%

  • Concertmastr tracks the number of unique users on the site for each concert, giving you an estimate of how many physical programs your orchestra or venue should print

  • The custom URL for your concert remains permanent, allowing orchestras or venues to embed to their archives or website — previous concert-goers can always find their old programs
